I was born in Cambodia and came to Australia in 1982. I was tertiary educated in Melbourne, and after 5 years of teaching in primary schools, I decided to move into the exciting world of real estate and finance. A mortgage broker for 2 years prior to working full time as real estate consultant, my background and expertise in finance and real estate investments enables me to create innovative, unique marketing campaigns for my clients. Real estate is a personal service business. I possess an in-depth understanding of the current market place, and bring a powerful combination of experience and professionalism to all of my clients. I believe the best way to secure the highest sales price is through customer service, strong negotiating skills and being able to think strategically.
